These terms explain how monthly billing works for customers who have chosen to pay a fixed monthly amount for their ongoing lawn mowing and/or garden maintenance services.

Fixed Monthly Investment

Your monthly investment is calculated by spreading the annual cost of your agreed maintenance program evenly across twelve monthly payments.

This provides a consistent monthly payment throughout the year, regardless of seasonal changes in lawn and garden growth.

As a result, some months may include more visits than others. Your monthly investment reflects the overall annual maintenance program rather than the number of services completed in any individual month.

Billing

Invoices are issued monthly in arrears.

Your first invoice will be issued approximately one month after you accept your quotation, with future invoices issued monthly on or around the same date.

Your quotation will specify the date your monthly invoices will be issued.

First Service

We aim to complete your first scheduled service as soon as practical after your quotation has been accepted, subject to weather conditions, scheduling and operational requirements.

If exceptional circumstances delay your first service, we may adjust the timing of your first invoice where appropriate.

Payment

Payment is due in accordance with the payment terms shown on your invoice.

Where an automatic payment method has been authorised, payment will be processed using the nominated payment method.

Cancelling Your Ongoing Service

You may cancel your ongoing service at any time by contacting our team.

Cancellation will stop future scheduled services from the effective cancellation date.

Where services have already been completed but have not yet been invoiced, those services remain payable and will be included on your final invoice.

If no services have been completed before your cancellation takes effect, no invoice will be issued.
